Upload your photo, and we’ll remove the background, neck, shoulders and body to create a head-shaped design. Visible hair, ears and suitable head accessories become part of the outline, making each fan unique to your photo.

• Your photo on the front: Single-sided photo printing with a white, unprinted reverse.
• Textured PP panel: Visible linear texture on both sides. The texture can also be seen through the printed image, particularly under angled lighting.
• Wooden handle: Attached to the back of the panel and visible from the reverse side.
• Custom head-shaped outline: Cut around the head without an added decorative white border.
• People and pets welcome: Create a fan featuring one person’s head or one pet’s head.

Choose from four panel sizes: 3.9″ (Mini), 7.9″, 9.8″ and 11.8″. The mini size creates a smaller photo prop, while the larger options give your face more presence in celebration photos.

Size refers to the longest side of the photo panel—height or width—excluding the handle. The other dimension varies with your photo’s proportions. Hair, ears and head accessories are included when measuring the panel.

Order 1 fan or a set of 2, 3 or 5 for your celebration. All fans within a set use the same photo and the same selected size. For different faces or sizes, add each design to your cart separately.

For the best result, choose a well-lit photo with the face in focus and the entire head visible. Include the full hairstyle, both ears where visible, and any hat or head accessory you want to keep. Avoid blurry images, heavy shadows and photos with the top of the head cropped off.

Fine hair strands, whiskers and delicate details may be simplified to create a practical cutting outline. The final shape depends on your photo. Printed colors may vary slightly from your screen, and natural wood grain and handle color may vary between fans.
