1.How long will the shipment take?

We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP. At giftinone.com, we value every single customer. As customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we offer various shipping options to suit every customer.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. (Generally it takes 10~17 Business days for your order to arrive.)

3.Frequently asked questions

1.Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will take care of this for you.

2.Can I change my wrong address?

Usually it takes 2-6 business days to produce the product, you could change the shipping address for free by sending email to us before we ship the package out.
For most of our orders, the address could be changed after we shipped the package out.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

3.Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

4.Are your shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time and you’re not satisfied, neither are we.

5.Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
