After your order is produced which might take 2-5 business days since they are customized, we will send a shipping confirmation EMAIL, please check including junk MAIL to find the tracking info. 

You have 90 days to return it from the date you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, you must email returns  support@giftinone.com.

Usually it takes 2-5 business days to produce the product, you could change the shipping address for free by sending email to us before we ship the package out. For most of our orders, the address could be changed after we shipped the package out.
