For the best result, choose a well-lit photo with your pet’s face, ears and head clearly visible. A front-facing photo works best. Avoid blurry images, heavy shadows, filters or objects covering the face. The design includes your pet’s head; the photo background and body are left out.

Your photo is interpreted in embroidery, so fine details and colors may be simplified to suit the stitching process.

Please check the size guide before ordering. Measurements are for the garment, not your body. Chest width is measured flat from armpit to armpit. Compare the measurements with a sweatshirt you already own. Suggested height and weight ranges are for reference only.
