If I order now, when can I receive my package?
Our ETA date equals to production time plus shipping time.
Produce Time: 2-5 business days.
Option1: Expedited Shipping time: 2-4 business days.
Option2: Standard Shipping time: 4-8 business days.
Option3: Economy Shipping time: 5-12 business days.
How can I upload my photo?
Please use Chrome or Safari Web Browser visit this link and add any product into shopping cart, you will be asked to upload your photo

We provide auto crop tool online, you could crop, zoom in or out, and rotate your photo when uploading.
You could see a preview when uploading your photo, and could review it in your shopping cart.
How can I change the photo for product in the shopping cart?
Please click the product and go back to the product page, add the product into cart again using another or the same photo.
My photo good enough?
Use the photo with highest pixel, avoid using screenshot or blurry photos.
A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
Do you crop the photos for me?
We crop the photo for you! Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one, and let our customer service team know how you'd like to crop your photo.
Where can I find my order info?
We will send you an order confirmation EMAIL once you placed your order, please check including junk MAIL to find the order number.
After your order is produced which might take 2-6 business days since they are customized, we will send a shipping confirmation EMAIL, please check including junk MAIL to find the tracking info.

What payment methods do you support? Why do I fail to pay?
We support credit or debit card, PAYPAL, Klarna, Shop pay, Google&Apple pay, please consider the others if one is not working. Please make sure your card support charge by foreign company if you pay with your card.
What is your change/cancellation policy?
We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started.
If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.
