The pictures on the hat was all messed up had a cress in it and the face look like it was fat and smashed and the cress on the hat in middle didn't help anything at all poor quality she can never wear the hat at all. Very sad with this product

I got a hat and they set the pic right on the middle line the face in the pic looks like she has a round face fat and the boy looks like a midget. Plus the pic wasn't placed on correctly and has a big line in it that's sticking up off of the hat plus is was just in a plastic bag not safe in a box at all.
