I am positively surprised.

I ordered the pillow without getting my hopes too high, since the price is rather low.
From the day I sent the picture it took 9 days for the item to arrive, which if you consider timezones is actually 8 days. This is insanely fast shipping especially for a custom to order made item like this.
So in terms of customer support and shipping time I am more than satisfied.

As for the actual item the measurements are correct, the seams are well sewn together and the zipper is properly attached. The image quality is also much better than expected; I can't see any pixelation.

I can't say how well it will hold up to washing, but since they are meant to be decorative pillows anyways they won't need to be washed as often as normal pillows anyways.

So overall I am positively surprised in all areas that I value. Ironically I can't post a picture of the pillow, because I didn't order a filling yet since it arrived so quickly.
